Telephone Answering Service (TAS) Coordinator
The duties of the TAS Coordinator are the following:

See that all telephone calls are acknowledged.

Train all new telephone answering service volunteers by
- Sending them a welcome and thank you letter,
- Sending them guidelines,
- Sending them our latest meeting list, and
- Talking to them and informing them how Prime Line works.

Keeping the meeting list up-to-date by emailing the Web Site Coordinator.

Receiving and forwarding literature requests to the literature coordinator.

Receiving and forwarding requests for public information to the Al-Anon Information Service (AIS) chairperson.

Recruiting new volunteers.
